A range of pneumatic grippers designed exclusively for TECHMAN (TM) TM5-700 and TM5-900 series collaborative robots. The grippers of the MCTA series are an all-in-one solution, where a valve controlling the opening and closing of the fingers is integrated into the body of the gripper, as well as sensors for both positions. Everything is integrated directly into the robot interface, so it is not necessary to feed a bundle of cables to the gripper. The gripper is connected with one cable directly to the robot's head and one compressed air hose is brought to it. It is a Plug & Play solution, which brings simple installation. The gripper of the MCTA series is many times faster and brings high reliability and simple operation, compared to electric grippers. Grippers series MCTA are TM Plug&Play certified.
